Terms of Use
ExFree · Last updated 15 October 2026
ExFree is operated by Oskar Bruce, United Kingdom.
By downloading or using ExFree you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app.
Who ExFree is for
You must be 17 or older to use ExFree.
Not medical advice
ExFree is a self-help tool for getting through a breakup. It is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it makes no medical or therapeutic claims. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or mental health professional. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number straight away.
Subscriptions
- ExFree Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, billed weekly or yearly. The price, any free trial or introductory price, and the renewal price are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Your content
Your photos, notes and other content stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for what you choose to delete, hide or move; deleting photos removes them from your library through iOS and may not be reversible.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use it to harass anyone.
No warranty and liability
ExFree is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update this page and the date above.
